Returns Policy
General/courtesy/remorse returns of unopened or opened product are not permitted.
If an incorrect item or defective item still under warranty is received, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to return the item to us. A full refund will be issued within 2 business days of the item beginning transit back to us.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We currently ship to anywhere within the contiguous United States. All orders ship for free, regular ground service. Expedited shipping is not available due to the presence of lithium batteries in many of our items sold.
